Return & Exchange Policy

At Sportify, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

Return and Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Products that are defective, damaged or do not match the confirmed order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags, labels and packaging

  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, odours or signs of wear

  • Returned with any included accessories, packaging or complimentary gifts

  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Products may be carefully tried on for size and fit, but they must not be worn beyond that.

Sportify reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not pass our inspection or is returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was delivered.

Swimwear and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned or exchanged when:

  • It has not been worn or washed

  • The hygiene protection strip remains attached and undamaged

  • All original tags and packaging remain intact

Swimwear with a removed or damaged hygiene strip cannot be accepted unless the product was delivered defective, damaged or incorrect.

Sale Items and Promotional Orders

Sale items may be returned or exchanged when they meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

When returning an item purchased as part of a bundle, multi-buy offer or promotion, the complete offer may need to be returned. If only part of the offer is returned, the refund may be recalculated according to the regular price of the products kept by the customer.

Complimentary gifts included with an order must also be returned. Otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product or request a refund.

When exchanging for a product with a different price:

  • Any additional amount must be paid before or upon receiving the replacement.

  • Any remaining balance will be refunded using the applicable refund method.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact Sportify customer support and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the affected product

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, Sportify will arrange an appropriate return, exchange or refund without additional cost to the customer.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a request:

  1. Contact Sportify customer support within the applicable return period.

  2. Provide your order number and specify the product you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Provide photos when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

  4. Keep the product unused and securely packed in its original packaging.

  5. Follow the collection or delivery instructions provided by our support team.

Products returned without prior communication or approval may experience processing delays.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected after they are received.

Once the product passes inspection, Sportify will approve the exchange or refund. If the item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the request may be declined and the product may be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.

  • Cash-on-delivery orders: Refunds may be issued in cash or through an electronic wallet.

  • Card payments: Refunds will be returned to the same card used for payment.

Card refunds may take up to 14 business days, although they are commonly completed within approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Shipping and banking processing times are outside Sportify’s direct control once the refund has been successfully submitted.

Delivery and Return Charges

No additional return or exchange charges will apply when:

  • The delivered product is defective or damaged

  • The customer receives an incorrect product

  • The return qualifies for free return rights under applicable Egyptian consumer protection regulations

Any delivery charges applying to an additional exchange service or a request outside the customer’s statutory rights will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact Sportify as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process after delivery.

Important Notice

This policy does not limit or remove any rights granted to customers under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
